Answers to commonly asked questions:

Why e-publishing?
We believe that e-publishing is the future of the sheet music industry. It offers many benefits over traditional publishing, including easy worldwide distribution, worldwide market, no wasted paper, ability to replace lost and damaged scores, and less overhead, which means more profit for you, the composer.

What do I get if my piece is selected for publication?
Traditional publishing companies pay royalties of 5 to 10 percent to composers. Sapience pays 25 percent royalties!

Should I send a recording?
You may send a recording in mp3 or mp4 format, if you wish, to submissions@sapiencemusic.com. However, we would suggest that you only send very good recordings. Recordings are not required.
